We are a small team of dedicated craftsmen. Each one of our workmen is thoroughly vetted and 100% reliable. Our aim is to provide an individual approach to each one of our customers. We are only driven by the desire to provide the best possible service in any circumstances. Our motto is “There is no job too small”. We have been involved in projects from a few square meters up to a few thousand square meters. We pride ourselves with treating every customer with courtesy and consideration. The aim of every one of our team is to treat the customer and their property with respect and courtesy. That is why you will see us arriving on site with smile and on time every morning and leaving site as tidy as possible every evening before we leave. We follow one simple rule: “Treat your customer the way you expect to be treated yourself!”. This rule has given us many satisfied customers which are happy to recommend us to their family and friends. This is also reflected in the Testimonials left by some of our customers. "Word of Mouth" is so important to us that we can easily say our successful business mainly relies on customers recommending us to their friends and family
Our History
Elite Flooring Services was established in 2001. Initially it consisted of the two co-founders both called Petar. Our work at the beginning was only on small domestic projects. As the years have passed we have steadily grown in numbers and at present our team consist of 5 highly trained and experienced craftsmen. Both co-founders are still actively involved in every step of each project being domestic and commercial – from initial planning and design until the execution and finishing touches. We still maintain our initial idea which has been driving us on our path to success – 100% dedication of each of our team members to the project in which they are involved at the moment. By deliberately keeping our company small we can ensure we don’t lose touch with reality and our principles. This also provides us with greater flexibility and the ability to concentrate on the project in hand.
Our Vision
We have always been driven by trying to achieve100% customer satisfaction. This is why each one of our team members is highly trained and follows few simple rules:
1. There is no job too small.
2. Treat the customer and their property with the courtesy and respect you expect to be treated yourself
3. We know our work can be very disruptive. Try to make every project as less intrusive as possible for the customers
4. The customer must be informed of every step of the project, what will be involved and what the result will be. By explaining that in simple words, the customer can make informed decisions which will ultimately lead to the work being finished to their expectations
By following these rules, we can proudly say that in 20 years of running this business we don’t have even single unhappy customer!
