In some cases it doesn't make to re-sand or replace the whole of the floor. Subject to replacement floor availability and other conditions, it sometimes make sense to do a Local Repair instead. By replacing or re-sanding and finishing only section of the floor you can save yourself a lot of hassle and money. We have ample of experience we have accumulated over the years and can advise of best approach and any pitfalls. Smaller dents and scratches? We have a lot of experience using hard and soft waxes to hide those too! In the gallery below you can see some examples.
